Dr. Julie Phan

Dr. Julie Phan is a California native and an alum from UCLA (Go Bruins!) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. Dr. Phan earned her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, graduating as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honors society.

Dr. Toan Nguyen

I was born and raised in Kansas where I practiced optometry for four years before finally joining my wife, Dr. Julie Phan, in sunny southern California. It was always our dream to own and operate a private optometry practice ever since we were both in optometry school.

Dr. Herrick Duong

Dr. Herrick Duong completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry and attended the University of California, Irvine earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sciences prior to his postgraduate education and training.
