We love Premier Eye Care and how they took care of us during our process of getting contacts and eye glass prescriptions! Here's why: 1) They accept Risk Management which is great if you have Loma linda University insurance 2) You don't need Sam's club membership 3) Sara is the sweetest optometry assistant ever!!! She is always on top of our appointments and very attentive to us during our visits. 4) Dr. Phan is the best optometrist you will ever meet! She is very friendly, very attentive, and very genuine in getting to know her patients in a name basis and overall care. We will miss her but definitely we'll be back for our eye check up next year.P.s. I have a very strong astigmatism and vision and I saw her from May to October to get the best prescription. It was a lot of trial lenses but throughout the process she was very patient and made it so enjoyable to see her. :)
Clarivil C. I have been going to Dr. Phan for the past 4 years and I consider her as one of my primary care doctors that I cannot live without!? My wife & I have very complicated eye prescriptions and every year we see her, she always gets our prescription spot on! She is very engaging and patient throughout our visits and she truly treats us with so much attention in all our needs. You will not find a better optometrist out there! I highly recommend her for her expertise and very friendly, professional and personal approach to her clients. Dr. Phan has our business for life! Btw, if ur a LLUH employee, she accepts Risk Management insurance with no hassle or problems.? Also her optometrist assistants and staff are the most pleasant and highly professional group of gals that you will ever meet. Sara & Princess you are both so awesome!
Alex G. Best service you can ask for! Had the pleasure of meeting both doctors and they're both really nice and outgoing. Explain everything in a way that leaves you with no questions but if you come up with one they're willing to answer. The staff is super friendly as well! Very welcoming! They take so much insurance as well! I work for Loma Linda so it was nice to see they take RISK MANAGEMENT. But there are so many more they take according to their sign!I`ve been recommending this place to all of my family and friends!

I found this office from yelp and as other users have mentioned it is located inside Sams Club next to the optical and you don't even need a Sams Club membership to get in! They accept a whole bunch of insurance plans including Loma Linda's RISK MANAGEMENT!! I received my glasses and contact lens examination here and they were incredibly thorough and have all the up-to-date technologies including a camera that takes a picture of the back of your eye! The staff and doctors are incredibly nice and are willing to work you in the same day if you don't have an appointment but its probably best to schedule an appointment beforehand as I've seen them get pretty busy, all in all I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for the best eyecare!!
Nicole W. I visited Premier Eye Care to get my contact prescriptions checked and renewed. The office is located inside of a Sam's Club, but no membership is needed to make your visit. Dr. Phan and her receptionist Sara are both wonderful in making you feel comfortable and that you're in good hands. They will go the extra mile to ensure that their patients leave satisfied with their care as they take the time and effort to make sure the prescriptions are right and comfortable for you. Dr. Phan's office also accepts Loma Linda Risk Management for students or employees, which is an additional bonus :) It was a sincere pleasure to work with them, and I look forward to going back to this office if I am in need of any check ups or contact/glasses prescriptions!
