We love Premier Eye Care and how they took care of us during our process of getting contacts and eye glass prescriptions! Here's why: 1) They accept Risk Management which is great if you have Loma linda University insurance 2) You don't need Sam's club membership 3) Sara is the sweetest optometry assistant ever!!! She is always on top of our appointments and very attentive to us during our visits. 4) Dr. Phan is the best optometrist you will ever meet!

I have been going to Dr. Phan for the past 4 years and I consider her as one of my primary care doctors that I cannot live without! My wife & I have very complicated eye prescriptions and every year we see her, she always gets our prescription spot on! She is very engaging and patient throughout our visits and she truly treats us with so much attention in all our needs.

Best service you can ask for! Had the pleasure of meeting both doctors and they're both really nice and outgoing. Explain everything in a way that leaves you with no questions but if you come up with one they're willing to answer. The staff is super friendly as well! Very welcoming! They take so much insurance as well!

This place is amazing! I found this office from yelp and as other users have mentioned it is located inside Sams Club next to the optical and you don't even need a Sams Club membership to get in! They accept a whole bunch of insurance plans including Loma Linda's RISK MANAGEMENT!! I received my glasses and contact lens examination here and they were incredibly thorough and have all the up-to-date technologies including a camera that takes a picture of the back of your eye!

I visited Premier Eye Care to get my contact prescriptions checked and renewed. The office is located inside of a Sam's Club, but no membership is needed to make your visit.
Dr. Phan and her receptionist Sara are both wonderful in making you feel comfortable and that you're in good hands. They will go the extra mile to ensure that their patients leave satisfied with their care as they take the time and effort to make sure the prescriptions are right and comfortable for you.
